Dear Pastor Kim, 

Thank you for hosting our February 21, 2019 Los Ranchos Presbytery meeting. 

We so appreciate all of the hard work by all involved in making the arrangements for the meeting, including Hyo Shim and Ms. Kim, who worked so closely with the Presbytery staff. You all went out of your way to create an environment of warm hospitality during every part of the meeting. 

The dinner, which you so kindly provided to all, was excellent, and I have heard many compliments about the gracious service, the delicious food, and the lovely décor. Everyone enjoyed the surprise song of “Amazing Grace” so beautifully sung by the Orange Canaan chefs as well! 

The worship service was very special, and I am very glad that your choir was able to share their wonderful voices with us. The sermon by Pastor Mark Hong gave us much to think about, and the Pastors Praise Team was also outstanding in its singing of “Amazing Grace.” We have so much talent in our Korean churches, and we look forward to more opportunities to collaborate! 

The parting gift of the cups was a lovely gesture, and I’m sure people will remember Orange Canaan when they drink their tea or coffee.
